Return Policy

You may request within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your item.

Because each piece is handmade and time-intensive, we do not offer full refunds. Instead, partial refunds are provided to account for materials and craftsmanship already invested.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same/new condition in which they were received.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for:

Garments that do not fit properly

Creation or craftsmanship errors ( e.g., Incorrect sizing from placed measurements, running threads, exposed ends)

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery, with items returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a creation error on our part ( NOT including mis-measurement due to given measurements at placement of order.
Non- Refundable Items

Custom orders and personalized designs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale items are considered final sale.
PROCESS:

Provide your order number and reasoning for return/exchange.

Once approved by confirmation email, ship the item back within 7-10 days of approval.

Refunds (partial) or exchanges will be processed after we receive & inspect returned item.
